Adlai Opoku Boamah

Managing Director

Adlai holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has over 28 years’ experience across multiple business sectors including Manufacturing, FMCG, Downstream Oil & Gas, Logistics, Electricity Distribution and Other Utilities. He is currently the Managing Director of the Southern Utilities Group, of which Enclave Company Limited belongs to , a subsidiary of LMI Holdings in Ghana.

Albert Aggrey

Metering, Billing and Revenue Protection Engineer

Albert holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He had his National Service at Ghana Grid Company Limited where he worked with the Network Performance Department and worked as an Electrical Technician for Coca Cola Ghana for six months. He joined Enclave Power Company as an Assistant Electrical Engineer and is currently the Metering, Billing and Revenue Protection Engineer. He is responsible for all customer and supplier meter installations and ensures efficient running of meters and oversees the meter reading and billing cycles, as well as ensuring billing accuracy. He ensures the company adopts leading-edge technology in its metering and billing issues.

Anna Duah-Owusu

Finance and accounts manager

As a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with over 5 years of experience in accounting and audit, Anna serves a key role in her profession with a clear and logical mind and a drive to see things through to completion. She holds a Masters in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Cape Coast and is a Chartered Accountant by profession with certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana. She obtained her degree from the University of Cape Coast in Bachelor of Commerce. Anna joined Enclave Power Company as an Accountant and is currently the Accounts and Finance Manager where she oversees the various financial activities for the company and the other subsidiaries in the group. Prior to SWC, she worked with CFAO Ghana Ltd in 2016 as an Accounts Officer ensuring accurate maintenance of accounting records and prepare management reports, JA Duah & Co as an audit officer where she prepared management letters on audit reviews and assisted in the preparation of final accounts for clients and worked in KPMG as an audit intern where she assisted in conducting operational and financial reviews for client and continued to Schlumberger Seaco Incorporated as an account receivable analyst.

Beatrice Yeboaa

Human Resource Business Partner

Beatrice joined Enclave Power Company as the Human Resource Officer. Prior to joining the team, she worked in LMI Holdings as the Procurement, Admin and Logistics Officer. She had her national service at the Volta River Authority with the Department of Environment and Sustainable Development Department. Beatrice holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast (UCC).

Frank Yirenkyi

Health, Safety and Environmental Manager

Frank Yirenkyi joined Enclave Power Company in 2019 as the Health, Safety & Environmental Manager. He is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the company’s employee safety at work and ensuring that the company complies and adheres to environmental and occupational health and safety guidelines. He was a Safety Officer at Unilever Ghana and Environmental Health and Safety Manager at LMI Holdings. He holds a Certificate in Safety (NEBOSH), Mini MBA in Project Management, Almond Institute and BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Maame Yaa Poku

Customer and External Relations Officer

Maame Yaa holds a Degree in Sociology and Social Work from the University of Ghana, Legon. Prior to joining Enclave Power Company in 2018, she fulfilled her National Service requirement at LMI Holdings. She joined EPC in 2018 as the Office Administrator and is now the Customer and External Relations Officer. She is responsible for all customer issues, managing communication between the company and its publics as well as generating goodwill for the company amongst its customers.

Mercy Yeboah

Administrative Assistant

Mercy is an HND holder in Marketing from the Accra polytechnic now known as the Accra Technical University. Prior to joining EPC, she worked with the Tema Metropolitan Assembly where she worked with the Deputy Finance Officer in the collection and preparation of bills (Property rate AND Business Operating Permit) for the Tema constituency. She joined EPC in October 2020 as an Administrative Assistant and is responsible for the promotion of the company brand and management of the front desk office as well as performing other administrative duties.

Yvonne Asamoah-Oye

Personal Assistant to the MD

Yvonne joined EPC in 2014 as the Office Administrator and is currently the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and has some training in Human Resource Management and Records Keeping Management. Prior to working with EPC, she worked with an NGO in Tema called Meaningful Life International as their Administrator.

Lily Torgbor

Billing Officer

Lily joined the EPC team in 2015 as an Office Assistant. Due to her hard work and commitment, she was moved into the Office Administrator role in 2020. She is currently the Billing Officer for EPC and handles the preparation and distribution of water bills to customers. Prior to joining EPC, she worked with Vanguard Assurance as a Front Desk Executive.

Henry Hlorgbey

System Development and Planning Engineer

Henry holds a first degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Accra Institute of Technology and an HND from the Ho Polytechnic. He has over 9 years of experience in the power sector working in the fields of maintenance, operating, and protection and control (P&C). He joined EPC in 2021 as the System Development and Planning Engineer. He works in providing engineering analysis and technical support to ensure continuing reliable operations and data management of Enclave Power Company. He also provides electrical engineering analysis and technical support for the planning, development, and operation of electrical systems, implements appropriate system modelling, develops tools and procedures to monitor and control the system, performs system studies, analyzes simulated or actual operating results, develops solutions to current or future system issues, and appropriately reports findings and recommendations.

Jesse Obeng Dwumah

Area Manager, Tema

Jesse is an Electrical Engineer by profession. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa. He joined Enclave Power Company in 2016 as a Graduate Electrical Engineer and is currently the Area Manager for Tema.

Solomon Akandi Attuley

Area Manager, Dawa

A self-motivated, passionate and results oriented Electrical Engineer with over 5 years of work experience in the Electrical engineering field with hands on experience in Electrical Power systems Operations and Maintenance, Project Management, Contracts Administration, Procurement, Substation Construction and Occupational Health and safety. Solomon Akandi Atulley holds an Honors Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology, Ghana. He is the Manager for Enclave Power Company’s Dawa Area Operations, an appointment he had after 4 years of dedicated service to Enclave Power Company serving in various capacities within the organisation.

Anthony Arhin

Maintenance Technician

Anthony holds an HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Takoradi Technical University and is currently pursuing B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering at Regional Maritime University. He also has one-year HND in Building Technology knowledge to his credit at Takoradi Technical University in 2009/2010  which he differed to read Electrical/Electronic Engineering as his chosen career. Prior to joining EPC, Anthony worked with Andritz Hydro as an Electrician on VRA Kpong Retrofitting project from August 2015 to February 2017,he worked with Strong Hold Engineering Services from September 2014 to July 2015 as a Field Service Electrical Technician. He had his national service with the Volta River Authority(VRA) Hydro department in Akosombo from October 2013 to August 2014, and has had various internships with the Electricity Company of Ghana, Erigo Electrical Engineering and Blue Rose Estate Company. He is currently a Maintenance Technician in Enclave Power Company.

Emmanuel Anane

Accountant

Emmanuel Anane is an Accountant by profession with over 6 years’ experience in the field of accounting, finance, Telematics and Pharmaceutical industry. He joined the EPC team in 2022 is an Accountant. Emmanuel Anane holds a first degree in Accounting from the University of Professional studies and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. Emmanuel is posed to be problem solver who has equipped himself with the needed skill, knowledge, and expertise to solve, empower and to be motivated in all challenging and dynamic working environment with much exposure to Accounting & Finance, Communications, Project Management and Social Volunteerism. Emmanuel has worked and interned with various organizations including the Pharmaceuticals, Information Technology, Investment, and the Tax Authorities of Ghana, amongst others. The dream of having to expand and increase in skill with great exposure in finance, accounting, and social volunteerism in the various industries in Ghana and beyond is Emmanuel’s greatest aspiration.

Victor Mordey

Maintenance Technician

Victor is currently a Maintenance Technician with four years of Experience continuously in the power sector with the Electricity Company of Ghana and Enclave Power Company. Mordey Victor holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Technical University, Ho. As an Electrical Technician, he has always had a creative ability and fascinates with how things work in challenge of solving practical problems inherited in the field of Electrical Engineering

Agbesi Wodokpui

Maintenance Supervisor, Tema and Dawa

He joined International Land Development Company in 2007 as an electrical technician and subsequently joined the team that started Enclave Power Company(EPC) in 2009 as senior technician, and later as the Maintenance supervisor. Agbesi holds a BEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Accra Institute of Technology and is a certified electrical wiring professional (industrial) by the Energy Commission of Ghana. As the maintenance supervisor for both Tema and Dawa, he leads a team in the construction and maintenance of various dddistribution lines in both the Tema Free Zone Enclave and Dawa Industrial Zone.

Richard Tekpor

Operating Technician

Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and prior to that, Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Ho Technical University. He is an electrical technician engineer by profession. He joined Enclave Power Company as an Operating technician engineer in 2017. He has an in-depth knowledge in substation equipment monitoring, operation, and control. He is an honest, dedicated and knowledge seeking person.

Martin Nuertey Tetteh

Operating Technician

Martin was appointed as an Operating Technician Engineer in Enclave Power Company in June 2016. He holds an BSc. Electrical /Electronic Engineer from Regional Maritime University (RMU) and Higher National Diploma(HND) from Accra Polytechnic. He had his national service at Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCO) in 2014 where he was trained in Protection /Control, Electrical Maintenance, and line Maintenance. He is responsible for ensuring that the quality of electricity supplied to customers is in line with the national standards, hourly  monitoring of substation equipment and schedules for timely resolution of any defects identified and that operations, procedures and work protocols are strictly adhered to in the running of the  two Bulk Supply Points  (BSPs) in Tema and Dawa.

Vincent Tetteh Darpoh

Operating Technician

Vincent was appointed as an Operating Engineer at Enclave Power Company in March 2017. He is responsible for ensuring that the quality of electricity supplied to customers is in line with the Gridco standards, reading and recording of hourly load readings from feeder relay, monitoring load pattern on each feeder, inspection of substation equipment, just to mention a few. He holds an BSc. Electrical /Electronic Engineer from Regional Maritime University (RMU) and Higher National Diploma (HND) from Accra Polytechnic. He had his national service at the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission where he was trained in Maintenance ,Gamma Irradiation Facility/ electrical control.

Elvis Barata Agbenyo

Maintenance Technician

Elvis holds an HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Ho-Technical University. He has worked as an Electrical Technician Engineer for Volta River Authority (VRA) and Zakhem construction company on the Kpone Thermal Power Plant Project (KTPPP) where he was exposed to the installation and commissioning of 230MW Gas Turbine. He also works as a private consultant on domestic, commercial, and industrial wiring installation, commissioning, protection, and maintenance designs. Elvis joined the EPC team in 2018 as a Maintenance Technician.

Simon Oberdi

Maintenance Technician

Simon joined International Land Development Company in 2008 as an electrical technician and subsequently joined the team that started Enclave power company(EPC) in 2009 as an electrical technician, and now as an assistant Maintenance supervisor. He holds an intermediate in Electrical/Electronic from Adatec as an Electrical Technician and is also a Certified Electrical Wiring professional (industrial) by the Energy Commission of Ghana.

Jacob Tetteh Numotso

Operating Supervisor

Jacob is an experienced Electrical Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the power industry. He has a strong engineering background with a Bachelor’s Degree and Higher National Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering from Accra Institute of Technology and Accra Technical University, respectively. He had a six-month internship at the Ghana Grid Company (GRIDCo) under supervision in Communication, Electrical maintenance, and operating departments, participated in (PLC) maintenance and configuration, carried out tower ground resistance test on selected towers and operation and maintenance of OCBs and SF6 gas circuit breakers.  In 2014, he joined EPC as an Operating Technician and is currently the Operating Supervisor for Tema and Dawa.

Dennis Gaisie

Electrical Technician

Dennis was appointed as an Electrical Technician at International Development Company in the year 2009, and subsequently joined the team that started Enclave Power Company (EPC) in the same year as a Maintenance Technician. He holds Electrical Engineering Technician Part 2 from Ghana Education Service and completed a Fundamental Power System Training Program with Southern Utilities.

Wisdom Tamakloe

Maintenance Technician

Wisdom holds a BENG in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Accra Institute of Technology (AIT) and an HND Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Ho Polytechnic (now Ho Technical University).
Prior to joining EPC, he worked with NETIS Ghana LTD. and IENG LTD as a Field Maintenance Engineer for two (2) years and one (1) and a half year, respectively. He was the team lead at both clusters(stations) where the team achieved an excellent power availability at the Telecom cell sites. He has taken other professional courses and training such as Solar PV systems and Fundamental Power Systems Training.
He joined EPC in November 2018, as an Electrical Maintenance Technician. He is part of a strong technical team who oversees all electrical maintenance works within the Tema Freezone Enclave although there are also specific roles based on his competencies. Mr. Francis Quainoo is a Technician well trained in both mechanical and Electrical Field. An expert in the building of Power Substations and has contributed to the building of 8 substations in Ghana.

Francis Quainoo

Maintenance Technician

Francis, who is currently a Maintenance Technician with EPC, has a wide experience in steel structure assembly, erection and is good at working with heights in both Mechanical and Electrical Fields. He has successfully and efficiently worked with companies such as Shenzhen Farad Electric Company Limited (China), and Consolidated Power Projects (South Africa). He was also involved in the 330/225KV Bolgatanga-Ouagadougou Interconnection Project. After attending Chemu Secondary Technical, where he got his initial technical training, he furthered to Kumasi Polytechnic where he attained great practical training earning certificate in Mechanical Part I, Part II and finally Part III. He got further training with gratis foundation. He is also good with control cable, power cable and panel termination. He has supervised the construction of lots of substations. Francis has wide experience in communication systems and in the mechanical field has experience with motors, blowers, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Bernard Tetteh Teye

Maintenance Technician

Bernard is an Electrical Technician who is hardworking, disciplined, and passionate about the installation and maintenance of electrical systems. He holds a Higher National Diploma certificate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ho Technical University formally Ho Polytechnic. He joined Enclave Power Company in 2018 as a Maintenance Technician. He has worked with Sollatek Electronics Ghana Limited as an Electrical Technician where he was involved in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of power protective devices.  He had the opportunity to have his National Service and industrial internships with the Volta River Authority (VRA) where he was actively involved in the activities of the Electrical/Control and Instrumentation sections. Through these experiences as an Electrical Technician, it exposed him to the areas of electrical maintenance, installation of electrical equipment and adherence to safety procedures and standards in the execution of his duties.

Anthony Dadzie

Operating Technician

Anthony is an Electrical Engineer with six years of experience in the Power Industry and close to five years working experience as an Operating Technician at Enclave Power Company. Prior to joining EPC, he worked with a private company, Ayetech Electrical Engineering Solutions, as an Electrical Technician.  He also served in the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) for a year building more experience in technical panel wiring and the understanding of Power Systems. He holds a Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the Accra Institute of Technology, an affiliate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.  He also holds Higher National Diploma (HND) from Accra Technical University.  

Seth Kwafo

Operating Technician

Seth was appointed as an Operating Technician Engineer in November 2018. He is responsible for ensuring that system parameters (voltage, frequency) monitored are of good quality, hourly monitoring of substation equipment and schedules for timely resolution of any defects are identified and that the operations procedures and work protocols are strictly adhered to in the running of the two Bulk supply points (BSPs) in Tema and Dawa. He also ensures adequate stocks of important spares for the Bulk Supply Points. He holds a Higher National Diploma(HND) from Ho Technical University and had his National Service at Ghana Atomic Energy Commission(GAEC) in the year 2016.

Essah Abdul-Latif

Maintenace Technician

In 2018, Essah joined the team as a Maintenance Technician. He is responsible for providing quick response to customers faults, building of sub transmission lines, taking monthly energy meter readings, and patrolling lines to check defects. He holds an HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the Cape Coast Technical University. He has worked with Best Western Premier Hotel as an Electrical Technician and Old Gate Resources Limited as the Supervisor in ABL Floor Management. He had his national service with the Electricity Company of Ghana -sub transmission.

Anibrika Dzidzinyo

Operating Technician

Dzidzinyo is an Electrical technician and holds a Higher National Diploma(HND) from Ho Technical University. In 2017, he was appointed as a Maintenance Technician with the responsibility to carry out maintenance works and to ensure the distribution network is in good condition. He has contributed in the construction of distribution lines in the Tema Free Zones Enclave which makes him a key member of the maintenance team. He is currently an Operating Technician.

Selase Donkor

OPERATING TECHNICIAN

Selase joined EPC in 2017 as an Operating Technician. He is responsible for ensuring that the quality of electricity supplied to customers is in line with the national standards, communicates with Load Dispatcher (SCC) to report amount of electricity received into substation, and to receive switching instructions. He also ensures hourly  monitoring of substation equipment and schedules for timely resolution of any defects identified and that the operations,  procedures and work protocols are strictly adhered to in the running of the  two Bulk Power Supply Points  (BSPs) in Tema and Dawa. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Beng) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the Accra Institute Technology University(AIT) and prior to that he had a Diploma . He did his national service with Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCO) in 2015 as an Electrical Technician Engineer with the Engineering Department where he assisted the supervising Engineers in the upgrading of the old Achimota 161kV to a full load capacity of 400MVA and also helped in the construction of new transmission lines to connect the Karpowership to the national Grid. 

Joseph Kasrivi

Operating Technician

Joseph is a responsible and hardworking Electrical Engineer who believes in excellence at all cost. He has 8 years’ professional experience of working with HV/LV operating and control, working with the Electricity Company of Ghana (SUB-Transmission) and Ghana Atomic Energy Commission (GAEC).
